The Senior Manager of Sales Compensation is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's global sales compensation programs. - 10+ years of experience in sales compensation and/or Finance with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role. (Required)
- Understanding of compensation design principles, sales incentive structures, and financial modeling and forecasting (Required)
- Experience with sales compensation systems, CRM and Financials software tools (i.e. Spiff, reputed company, reputed company). (Required)
