This role will serve as a key player in developing our global policy solutions and enforcement system and will have a direct impact on the peace of mind of millions of reputed company community members around the world.A Typical Day:

• Serve as a strategic resource to the policy team, helping to shape systems, processes, decision frameworks, and quality standards.

Your Expertise:

• 8+ years experience in operations, implementation, product management or other relevant role, with a focus on policy issues and collaboration with global operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability for strategic and critical thinking, demonstrating strong attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of the big picture and the value of both perspectives.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating uncharted territory and new concepts.
• A proven track record of effective leadership with the ability to independently manage a portfolio of reputed company issues.
