The Corporate Counsel is responsible for overseeing the drafting, negotiation, and review of a broad range of reputed company to ensure legal compliance, minimize risk, and support business objectives. • Work closely with Contract Administration team

• Maintenance of agreement forms, playbooks and negotiation guides

What you will need to be successful

• Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction
• Strong academic credentials; JD from a leading law school
• 10-12+ years of experience of in-house business contracting experience
• Knowledge of ERISA welfare benefit plans, HSA, and privacy regulation
• Experience negotiating procurement agreements with public sector clients is highly desired but not required.
• Understanding of the technology behind information reputed company, such as threat models/reputed company, and how the technologies can respond or be deployed to counter the threats (TLS, two factor authentication, reputed company, PKI)
• Working knowledge and/or experience in ADEA, reputed company, FMLA, USERRA as they impact benefit plans administered for our clients
