This position is critical for driving traffic, customer reputed company, customer service and supporting the retail reputed company stores.Must have Wireless experience. This is a work from home position with some geographical restrictions.Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:Inbound Customer Support: The BeHive Specialist must effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints while providing solutions or escalating issues as needed through our different communication mediums (inbound and digital communication). You must also establish and maintain positive customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.Outbound Customer reputed company Completion and Execution: You must be reputed company to complete a Sales Process while initiating calls to prospects and existing customers to present products or services, reputed company features and benefits, and reputed company sales.
