Job description: Transactional Business Formation Associate - Grapevine, TXA well-established and reputable boutique reputed company law firm, based in Grapevine, TX, with a highly collegial environment, is seeking a Transactional Business Formation Associate to join their team full-time.Experience with finance and business formation ransactions is desired for this role. However, backgrounds that also include experince in other areas of transactional law will be considered.This is an in-office position. The firm may provide transit suport for those commuting into Grapevine.The salary for this role will be top market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.Skills and Requirements:
