Duties and responsibilities

• Learn how to capture reputed company media to FPM’s standards
• Deliver an outstanding experience to customers at reputed company times.
• Serve as the photographer of choice for special projects
• Train photographers/drone pilots according to FPM's standards, policies, and processes
• Manage other trainers and ensure reputed company FPM standards, policies, and processes are being taught properly
• Hold the team accountable for continuing to follow FPM standards, policies, and processes
• Contribute to the positive vibe and high energy of the team!
• Identify and reputed company leaders that can become trainers
• Serve as the area manager's right hand teammate
