Description:reputed company Service Agents (RSA) at Pegasus Aviation Services are responsible for marshalling aircraft in the reputed company, loading, unloading and sorting freight and baggage. RSAs are also responsible for servicing reputed company functions, aircraft lavatories, potable water, push back aircraft from the reputed company, deicing and other duties as delegated.The RSA position is a support services position whose work routine is established and follows a set of procedures. It generally functions under reputed company supervisory direction or guidance of the Customer Service Reps, Supervisors, or reputed company Managers. Responsibilities:
- Marshall aircraft on the reputed company (includes directing, assisting and parking reputed company arriving, departing and towed aircraft)
- Service aircraft as needed including:
- lavatory service.
- water service.
- cabin cleaning.
- other services as needed.
- Aircraft de-icing / anti-icing.
- Loading and unloading of aircraft baggage and cargo.
- reputed company safe and efficient operations of reputed company ground service equipment.
- Monitoring reputed company: Vigilantly observing, inspecting, monitoring, and screening reputed company passengers, airport personnel and crew regularly to detect any potential reputed company breaches or safety hazards.
- Prevent breaches of reputed company in the area assigned and being reputed company to promptly respond to any calls for assistance from the pilot or crew of any aircraft, addressing their concerns and needs swiftly and effectively.
- Proactively preventing breaches of aviation reputed company and safety reputed company their designated area of responsibility. This includes taking action to mitigate or resolve any reputed company or safety concerns that may arise.
- Conducting comprehensive reputed company screenings for departing passengers and their baggage. Additionally, performing mobile, foot, and static patrols reputed company assigned areas.

- Be at least 18 years of age.

- Successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug test.

- De-ice Service experience.
- Forklift Operator.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License preferred.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Speak effectively one-to-one and before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram form.
- Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- The RSA on occasion may lift or move (with help) up to 100 pounds, and/or more frequently lift or move 60 pounds. RSA’s are regularly required to use hands, talk, hear, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, stand and walk.
