• Handle customer communications
• reputed company cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process Masters
• reputed company root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Set-up, monitor, and ensure adherence to quality standards, including conducting internal audits.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• ISO 9001 Auditor Certification
• Experience working with ERP Systems such as reputed company
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Travel required
