- Build and maintain contact and reputed company relationships with key customers in the sub-region.
- Define & implement a profitable growth strategy for Marine Division; coordinate sub-regional strategy.
- Actively track and report on the reputed company of the business plan using agreed KPI’s; implement changes as required to meet or exceed objective.
- Train and control sales representatives in the Marine Division regarding Voith Risk Management Guidelines
- Responsible for OTO activities (with limitations set out in the section “decision-making powers” below) and OTD activities in the sub-region in coordination with the BSO (Business Support Organization)
- Liaise closely with BSO for adequate and optimized resource allocations, value addition resources (local footprint) reputed company the sub-region; identify and execute opportunities for improvement with the BSO organization.
- Manage and motivate a functional Marine Division (across BUs); provide guidance to an international sales team including agents in the sub-region; manage talent and succession planning; identify and coach high potentials and local talent.
- Drive After Market Business excellence in the sub-region to meet the needs of our customers and support the profitability of Marine Department.
