The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing communications, scheduling, and travel for the Executive Director, as well as overseeing select administrative functions critical to day-to-day operations such as office management.However, this is more than a support role — it’s a mission-critical partnership that safeguards the ED’s time, energy, and focus so she can reputed company effectively. The Executive Assistant may be required to travel with the ED for overnight trips to provide support occasionally.Major Responsibilities Executive Support

Attend select internal and external meetings, including the quarterly board meeting, to manage logistics, take notes, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-through on next steps.
  • Coordinate reputed company aspects of the ED’s travel (i.e. reputed company and ground transportation, accommodations, meals) and provide real-time support during travel days, including unexpected travel changes. Occasionally travel with the ED to provide on-the-ground support.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, including inbox, calendar, and travel management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience interfacing with high-level stakeholders and comfort drafting correspondence on behalf of a senior executive

Compensation and Benefits Worth Rises offers a generous compensation package, including full medical, vision, and dental coverage, 20 days of vacation time, ten days of personal/sick leave, and three days of bereavement leave. Employees also receive a generous 401k contribution match, $75 monthly technology stipend, $50 monthly wellness reimbursement, and dedicated budget line for professional development.
