What You Bring to the Table (Besides Great People Skills) Credentials & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 3-5 years in HR, people operations, or employee engagement roles Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is a plus Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development Skills & Strengths: Empathetic listener and clear communicator Skilled in conflict resolution and coaching Passionate about building inclusive, high-trust work environments Tech-savvy with HRIS, reputed company Office, and modern communication tools Physical & Schedule Requirements: Able to navigate a busy community environment with flexibility Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or events On-call for urgent HR-reputed company matters as needed Perks & Benefits (Because You Deserve It!)
