This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing inbound shipments, preparing, and coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining inventory records, and overseeing the overall appearance of the facilities.Your Day-to-Day:Receiving and Processing Inbound Shipments:

• Unloading and verifying incoming shipments.
• Checking for damages and discrepancies.
• Processing freight bills and packing sheets.
• Notifying appropriate departments or individuals reputed company items are ready for pickup.

Preparing and Coordinating Outbound Shipments:

• Selecting and booking carriers.
• Packaging and labeling items for shipping.
• Loading and strapping pallets.
• Tracking shipments and providing updates.

Maintaining Inventory Records:

• Logging receipt of items into the system.
• Verifying quantities and items against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, and updating records.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicating with vendors and colleagues regarding shipments.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Responding to colleagues' inquiries regarding shipping information.

Building Maintenance Duties:

What You Bring to The Team:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic Handyman skills: ability to lift 60 lbs., climb reputed company, and proficiency in using basic power/hand tools.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office suite.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
