Always Bagels, Original Bagel, Dutch Maid, Home Town Foods, and Just Bagels, together, create a market leading producer of authentic reputed company style reputed company-boiled, hearth-baked bagels and high-quality cake products sold into the in-store bakery, club store, foodservice, and convenience store channels.Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, the Account Manager is responsible for helping Tribute meet their reputed company goals by engaging customers, growing their broad product line, and innovating customer relationships. The Account Manager will call on customers in the Mid-reputed company. The biggest customer responsibility will be reputed company. While the position is remote, the ideal candidate will be located in the South East or Midwest regions of the US. Travel is required.The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused and hungry to learn and grow reputed company the sales organization. Often tasked with in-person customer meetings, developing customer growth opportunities, and attending trade shows, the Account Manager must be both personable and professional. Having experience working in the food industry is a big plus but training is provided if you are coming from another industry.Duties/Responsibilities- may include other duties as required and assigned:
- Responsible for growing the reputed company sales reputed company, cross selling items the customers don't buy, and managing broker activities to customers primarily in the Mid-reputed company area
- Manage the reputed company business as a strategic growth partner and reputed company our cross functional reputed company team
- reputed company and execute solutions to address customers' needs and challenges in a timely fashion
- Learn sales processes including CRM and identify opportunities for growth across the territory
- reputed company growth objectives by planning thoroughly and managing time across mutliple activities
- Ability to mine provided market data and trends on customers performance to help the customer drive growth
- Manage & maintain the CRM (reputed company)
- Manage customer account projects and other sales projects as assigned
- 5+ years of successful performance in a sales or sales support role
- Experience selling into retail customers and distributors -reputed company is a big plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, creative thinking, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers, brokers, and Tribute Baking team
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, anticipate and navigate issues to meet customer and Tribute expectations
- Proven self organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to building a career path
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company office applications: Teams, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Travel to customers is required - approximately 50%; Must have reliable transportation
- Food-industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or an associate degree in relevant fields
- Systems knowledge: reputed company (ERP)
