• Resolve customer issues with products or services reputed company inbound/outbound calls and e-mail
• Assist with online portal access including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting
• Schedule appointments
• Provide customer education on products and services
• Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
• Ensure HIPAA compliance

• Accurately document customer interactions
• Evaluate the nature of customer issues to determine the proper resolution

• Prior Call Center experience
