- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Conduct reputed company to potential clients to promote our recruitment services and build relationships.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
- 0–5+ years of experience in reputed company, sales, or a customer-facing role (internships or volunteer experience count).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships.
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Workplace (reputed company Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Etc.) and familiarity with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRMs is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.

- Bookkeeping (e.g., familiarity with QuickBooks or basic financial tracking).
