To support our customers' growing digital focus, you will be expected to consistently deliver thought-leadership and strategy consultation, while project managing the implementation of your solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Manager will work closely with internal (Sales, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Brand, COEs, C&SL) and external partners (Customer, Agencies), and will serve as consultant on content strategy, search strategy, and retail media strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInfluence by identifying specific opportunities in the digital landscape; build compelling, best in class insights-based selling stories to drive SCJ's digital business at reputed company and Sam's ClubEffectively present and communicate actionable digital strategies and solutions that support growth objectives for company, customer, and categoryreputed company reputed company and Sam's Club digital project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring reputed company milestones are met reputed company and effectivelyCreate, maintain, and continually monitor eCommerce processes & metrics internally and externally, including content, ratings and reviews, inventory, and transactabilitySupport the development of long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, and major product launchesCollaborate with sales leaders to lend digital expertise to monthly meetings, and product pitchesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree with 3+ years relevant business experienceExperience with CPG industry and/or eCommercereputed company candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSGrowth reputed company; bias for action; reputed company on high performing teamsThorough understanding of retail eCommerce and its major arteries (assortment, pricing, placement, promotion, merchandising, retail media, content, search, and digital penetration)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the normExperience working with reputed company Office programs, specifically reputed company and PowerPointExperience working with Luminate, Retail Link, and Item360Strong presentation, analytical and quantitative skillsFlexible and collaborative, but with complete ownership of responsibilitiesAbility to reputed company informal influence to navigate and build partnerships across business and technical teamsProactive and committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment by fostering a sense of urgency, energy, ownership, and a curiosity to search for opportunitiesLeadership Skills
