• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales services to customers through online chat, email, and phone.
• Answer customers' questions about products, orders, logistics, etc.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, and promptly follow up on solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues.
• Organize and update FAQs, commonly used templates, and internal process documents based on customer issues.

What's Needed?

• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Clear written English expression, reputed company to handle English emails and communication independently.
• Patient, with good service awareness and communication skills.
• Online customer service experience or relevant Client Server experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using common work software and online customer service systems.
