We are searching for a reputed company Specialist to focus on the residential reputed company of the business driving sales strategies to the system and implementation at the franchise level. This position will work to collaborate with the Franchise Business Consultants to support our franchises’ ongoing sales reputed company through a combination of analysis, coaching, training, and creative problem solving.What you will do:

• Conduct reputed company sales inhouse training
• Sales Management Training, SAPs, Shifting Gears, MMF, Scholarship, Gearing Up, etc.
• Needed sales process training with the franchises
• Drive dynamic pricing
• Drive boxes, packing, valuation sales and strategies
• Drive same store sales
• Drive storage sales
• Help drive revamped sales process for long and interstate moving
• Work with franchises with a large gap between potential and existing reputed company from a sales standpoint
• Assist with start-up and first gear from a sales standpoint as needed
• Monthly/Quarterly webinars with the system on residential sales tactics to increase sales
• Weekly newsletter content on residential sales
• Work with CCT on franchises that need additional resources, training, support for residential sales, this also includes call audits for the franchises

What you will bring:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• The ability to effectively present in reputed company of groups
• Education – Minimum 2 yr. associate degree and/or Minimum of 1-2 yrs. equivalent experience
• 3 – 5 years of sales experience preferred
