Ensuring adherence of regulations of reputed company local and federal laws with respect to the operation of the reputed company. (40%).Coordinate subcontractor activities to prevent impact to Mfg. Operations and minimize impact to end users. (30%).Recommend and manage initiatives to increase and improve service delivery considering both cost and quality - KPI Management (30%).Additional Responsibilities:Manages vendors on a daily basis; identifies training and tracks performance to KPI’s, effectively communicates with stakeholders in a timely manner.Coordinate and Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly business reviews reputed company contract guidelines with proper points of contact.Cooperate and coordinate reputed company activities with the entire FM team.Review, approve and process invoicing for reputed company activities.Development and tracking of corrective action plans regarding service delivery.Other duties as directed by the facility manager.Your boarding pass:Education: Minimum Associate degree, Bachelor’s preferred plus 5+ years subcontractor management experience.3+ years managing budgetary requirements.Knowledge of reputed company industry trends, best practices and technology.Specified focus on HVAC, plumbing or electrical preferred.3+years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment. 5+ Years preferred.3+ years of facility management experience in a production environment.Operational experience using reputed company preferred.Knowledge and successful application of project management practices.Analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to reputed company strategic solutions.Budgetary management is critical.Physical Requirements: Able to carry documents, tools, drawings and electronic equipment up to 30lbs.
