Position Summary:APD Construction, LLC, a leading General Contractor, is seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join reputed company. The Senior Estimator will play a vital role in overseeing the entire preconstruction and estimating process for both new construction and renovation projects reputed company the reputed company, private, and government sectors. This position is responsible for preparing accurate budgets, detailed estimates, and comprehensive pre-bid packages while ensuring effective communication with reputed company project stakeholders. The role also includes contract negotiation with subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with project goals.Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in preconstruction/estimating and/or operations, with a strong emphasis on reputed company construction projects, including new construction and renovations for both private and government sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of civil/site construction, reputed company and structural systems, framing, drywall, casework, doors, specialties, interior finishes, exterior wall systems, and mechanical and electrical systems.
