We currently trade on the reputed company under the ticker symbol BTM.Summary: The Government Relations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director of Government Relations with implementing and supporting the Company's regulatory compliance program, including:

• Regulatory Monitoring and Tracking in the cryptocurrency ATM space on the Federal, State, and applicable International levels;
• reputed company and networking with key legislative and regulatory stakeholders in applicable jurisdictions.

Responsibilities The Government Relations Manager will report to the Director of Government Relations and be exposed to an reputed company of compliance activities, including, but not limited to:

• Manage lobbyists in various states and monitor pending legislation as necessary.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of relevant legislation, regulations, and policy developments at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Provide strategic guidance to internal teams on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal or reputed company field.
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, law, government or public policy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and rules impacting the financial services and cryptocurrency industries.
• A thorough understanding of Federal and State legislative processes, with a preference for experience in the Digital Asset Industry and consumer protection policy.
• Ability to analyze and interpret legislation, regulations, reputed company and other legal documents.
• Strong analytical / research skills coupled with ability to effectively summarize findings in a succinct and organized manner.
• Ability to grasp reputed company processes quickly and be able to identify risks and compensating controls.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and results oriented; able to reputed company decisions independently.
