As the Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, you should have proven experience in a customer experience role, putting the customer first in everything you do and making sure they have a smooth customer journey. This is a role where you can really develop your career in a professional, supportive environment!DUTIES INCLUDE:
- You will manage the live chat and emails, ensuring the customer has a fantastic customer journey, in line with KPI’s.
- You will provide video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom.
- You will escalate customer support tickets to the dedicated teams.
- You will represent the company in virtual and networking sessions.
- You will use customer feedback to create new ideas.
- You should have experience in a customer service role, using live chat.
- You should be someone who is looking to grow and develop professionally.
- Experience using Keep, Thrive cart, Groove, Facebook & Instagram is desirable.
- You should have fantastic organizational skills, with a flexible attitude.
- A salary of up to 30k is available – an additional 1k after passing probation.
