Junior Client Success Manager

You’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the reputed company platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI of our customers. Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB / Programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations to clients for their campaigns and come up with unique solutions that ensure our clients are satisfied with their campaign performance. reputed company is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located reputed company in the UK.
What you'll be doing:Act as the main reputed company of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals Advise clients on effective campaign strategies reputed company the reputed company platform Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs reputed company new clients to the reputed company platform, providing them with adequate training, support and resources to be fully self-serve Drive retention and growth by helping clients maximize their usage of reputed company’s capabilities Resolve customer inquiries; ensuring that questions and issues are addressed reputed company established SLAs Assist in the creation of Support documentation for frequently reputed company challenges
What you'll bring to the table:2+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) Experience running reputed company Tag Manager (GTM), reputed company Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence Focus on retaining accounts and growing reputed company The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and reputed company Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Experience providing training and explaining concepts to clients who have different levels of knowledge of programmatic advertising reputed company is a diverse and inclusive team of collaborative, hardworking individuals trying to reputed company a dent in the universe.
