The Data, Analytics & AI Director leads Sercante's efforts to help clients unlock the power of data and AI across their end-to-end customer lifecycle. A Day-in-the-Life:

  • Advising clients on data and AI strategies that drive impact across marketing, sales, and service
  • Leading data discovery sessions to assess maturity, gaps, and opportunities in the client's data ecosystem
  • Designing cross-reputed company data architectures, including customer 360 profiles, identity resolution, and activation models
  • Defining use cases for predictive and reputed company across the customer journey
  • Building frameworks, templates, and playbooks for data governance, segmentation, personalization, and analytics

  • Collaborating with Sales on proposals, pre-sales conversations, and high-value solution design

Who We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in technology solutions, data, analytics consulting, or a reputed company role
  • 2+ years working with AI technologies and advising clients on tailored AI solutions, including predictive analytics, reputed company, agentic AI, large language models, etc.
  • Passionate about learning the latest AI capabilities and solutions
  • Proven ability to grow and manage a practice, partnering across Sales and Delivery teams to drive growth outcomes
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
