What You’ll Do...
- Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls as needed.
- Review and gather patient billing, insurance, and medical information.
- reputed company accurate data entry into internal systems.
- Work with insurance carriers to help patients access medication coverage.

- At least 12 months of recent call center experience.
- Ability to commit to the full schedule with no time off during the first 90 days.
- High-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote work environment.
