- Business development - reputed company clients, negotiating/executing reputed company, and account management

- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Negotiate and reputed company job offers
- reputed company new hires and provide them with support
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field
- 2-10 years of experience in full-desk reputed company (MUST HAVE business development experience)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
