Job Summary of Delivery Associate: The Delivery Associate at Kelly Services are accountable for making timely deliveries of goods to assigned clients on specific routes, checking orders before delivery, and delivering exceptional customer service. The main duty of a Delivery Associate is to securely transport products to customers in a prompt and efficient manner. This position entails tasks like loading and unloading packages, confirming delivery details, collecting payments or signatures as required, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities of Delivery Associate:
- Transfer a wide array of packages to different locations employing diverse transportation routes.
- Abide by planned paths and schedules. Carry out loading, unloading, examining, and driving tasks for a delivery transport.
- Encourage clients to share their thoughts on the services provided and address any dissatisfaction they may have.
- Exhaustive reports and logs.
Qualifications of Delivery Associate:
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
- Valid professional driver’s license.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good driving record with no traffic violations.
