Organizational Overview: This role falls under Marketing Technology team reputed company Engineering. We operate at the intersection of marketing technology and engineering, leveraging a variety of SaaS solutions across the value chain to drive enhanced customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Role Summary/Purpose: With reputed company evolving financial landscape there are wide range of challenges that demand innovative solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and managing highly available and scalable integrations across marketing and various other platforms. Along with development and implementation, the role will be responsible for discovery, exploration and quick learning about SaaS platforms and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Solution and build applications across the full stack, experience in PCF, reputed company Native Application Architecture, Microservices ecosystem, Spring Java, and RESTful API’s are a must
• Influence agile development teams through reputed company phases of the Agile development life cycle.
• Implement new technologies and assist developers as they migrate to new technologies.
• Drive a CI/CD strategy using our Jenkins, Bitbucket, and uDeploy stack.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, reputed company and technology standards set by reputed company.
• Assist in crafting and maintaining the future state technology architectural strategy, along with our application modernization and migration roadmap.
• Participate in Agile scrums consisting of cross-functional teams.
• Ensure application code quality through development, test, and QA.
• Be a SME - Participate in addressing root cause analyses, incident reports and provide direction in problem resolution.
• Ability to analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, and implement fixes .
• Act as an escalation support reputed company as required.
• Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve system performance.
• Work with reputed company party vendors to reputed company software and/or integrate their software into the company's products .

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Hands on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, & Caching.
• Hands on experience in working with relational databases.
• Hands on experience in designing scalable applications.

• Working experience with any MarTech Software as a Solution product.

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong PC skills, reputed company, Access, reputed company Office, PowerPoint One Note.

• Prior work experience in a Credit Card/Banking/Fin Tech company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of system engineering experience OR in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree 8 years of skilled system engineering experience.
• Minimum 4 years of application development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing scalable applications.

WORK TIMINGS : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST. (This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in reputed company India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
