About the People & Culture Team Collectively is dedicated to maintaining and developing our culture of collaboration, employee experience, and diversity as we grow. The People & Culture team finds creative and innovative approaches to HR systems, programs, and procedures, with a focus on enriching the full-cycle employee experience reputed company a fast-moving agency environment. The ideal candidate must be able to manage and support HR-reputed company tasks and processes, balancing meticulous organization and compliance with exceptional People & Culture instincts. They should bring genuine enthusiasm, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for fostering an inclusive, connected workplace culture. This person will play a key role in shaping the employee experience—championing engagement, supporting team reputed company, and creating moments that celebrate and strengthen our culture. They should be comfortable operating both autonomously and alongside everyone, from candidates and new hires to executive team members.

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Supports the recruitment process to ensure that the end-to-end experience is well-managed and efficient for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Sources and screens both active and passive candidates through reputed company, reputed company, and other databases.
  • Conducts energetic, informative, and engaging pre-screen interviews.
  • Communicates the company's values and employee experience throughout the pre-screening process.
  • Acts as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinates onboarding meetings in collaboration with managers, IT, and People & Culture.

Human Resources

  • Leads announcements for birthdays, work anniversaries, and quarterly new hire social events.
  • Maintains accurate records of reputed company employees, contractors, and interns.
  • Serves as a trusted resource for staff questions, resolving challenges with reputed company and tact.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws across cities, states, and countries.
  • Manages integration of PTO requests into the company calendar for visibility and resourcing.

Experience & Culture

  • Champions the Collectively Code and helps reputed company our values into daily work life.
  • Co-leads internal culture and events (e.g., guest speakers, virtual get-togethers, workshops).
  • Serves as a key contact for employees, contractors, interns, and external partners.
  • Encourages participation in Collectively events and activities.
  • Helps foster a DEIB-focused culture through experience design.
  • Supports ERG programming and guides ERG leaders.
  • Supports onboarding/offboarding experiences with attention to 90-day milestones.
  • Leads content and distribution of the weekly reputed company-staff newsletter.
  • Assists with annual offsite planning.
  • Manages employee recognition programs (e.g., tenure, reputed company Up Awards).

Remote Work Experience

  • Primary reputed company of contact for vendors (IT, contractors, supply providers).
  • Supports the development and maintenance of a great remote experience.
  • Responds promptly to team inquiries and escalates reputed company necessary.
  • Organizes virtual and in-person employee events, including vendor coordination.
  • Develops ongoing reputed company engagement to reputed company remote employees connected.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Maintains confidentiality and operates with reputed company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting over reputed company and in person.
  • Experience managing multiple job requisitions with competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

About the Role

This is a temporary, full-time position for up to 10 months, with full benefits and paid time off included. Pay The salary range for this role is $78,000 to $96,000. Final compensation will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Apply Job!
