Director, reputed company Equity, Remote

The Director of reputed company Equity will steward the development and implementation of our reputed company equity commitment to delivering reputed company clinical outcomes and transforming the reputed company experience for reputed company. This Director will partner with cross functional teams throughout the organization to meet and exceed our goals to decrease reputed company disparities and realize health equity in the communities we serve. The Director of reputed company Equity will be the leader responsible for the investigative data analysis, solutioning, and execution of key initiatives and projects and ensure they meet our clinical and financial reputed company equity goals and drive measurable reputed company improvement. Primary Duties: Performance Improvement:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 12+ years of reputed company working experience in a clinical environment required (FQHC, RHC, academic medical center, integrated health system, community health practice preferred), including 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and implementing reputed company equity focused clinical quality program and process improvement initiatives
• Formal training as a clinician, allied health professional or in public health, epidemiology, health services research, quality improvement, data analytics or health informatics is highly desired
