Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy analyst to support our acquisitions team by tracking bankruptcy property sales in California. This part-time remote role involves using automated tools to gather, process, and flag relevant deals in near real-time. What You’ll Do
- Monitor bankruptcy real-estate sale alerts across California
- Extract key data points from court filings using automation tools (OCR, APIs, and scripts)
- Create structured deal entries in reputed company and send daily summaries reputed company reputed company
- Draft brief, professional reputed company emails to trustees or legal reps
- Continuously improve workflows and maintain SOP documentation

- Familiarity with court/legal filings, real estate terms, and automation tools

- Basic Python skills or strong experience with automation platforms
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
