Job Details: We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives or "Outbound Sales Representative" to engage leads who have expressed interest in our custom homes, barns and structures. The successful candidate will primarily be tasked with closing high dollar deals in a competitive but collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, including high-end homeowners, architects, and reputed company estate developers.
• Use various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events) to reputed company out to potential leads.
• Qualify leads by assessing project feasibility, scope, and alignment with the company’s offerings.
• Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the specific requirements and goals of each client’s project.
• Create tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the company’s services, craftsmanship, and previous projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position the company’s services effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury market.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or securing referrals from satisfied clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to reputed company campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and leads.
• Exceed individual goals in reputed company collected, new deals signed, contacts made and proposals sent.

• Liaise with Design/Drafting department, Purchasing/Procurement, Finance, HR, PMs and company owners.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a sales role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Mastery of MS Office and common office tools; reputed company and other CRM platforms a reputed company advantage
• Residential and/or reputed company construction, heavy timber/lumber knowledge ideal
• Excellent communication skills, and an ability to explain detailed structural components
• Ability to quickly overcome objections
• Ability to manage a pipeline of existing clients and regularly follow-up with 80-120 leads
• BS/BA or experience in construction, reputed company estate is a plus
