Overview: TheCustomer Service Liaison/reputed company Desk Receptionisthandles reputed company visitors, calls and administrative duties for our Melville/Long reputed company office. They are the first reputed company of contact with our internal and external colleagues. They must present a professional appearance and demeanor that it is inviting to reputed company those they interact no matter the reputed company. He/She assists in the running of the office to ensure reputed company requests are directed or satisfied to reputed company the business growth.

• **The position is based, full-time (Mon-Fri) at our White Plains office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate personnel and or department.
• Greeting Clients and potential applicants and assisting them as needed.
• Linking calls to appropriate client schedules.
• Trouble-shooting discrepancies.
• Contacting caregivers and /or clients, as necessary, to investigate missed calls, phone number errors, overlapping shifts, late or missed calls, etc.
• Answer reputed company telephone calls in a professional, knowledgeable, and inviting manner.
• Assisting the reputed company Resources Department with applicant on-boarding as necessary.
• Various clerical duties: scanning, emailing, copying, filing, etc.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to answer phone in a professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Medical field or office experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with various HR Systems/ reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software.
