You'll also contribute to our proactive sourcing efforts, identifying top talent before positions are even open. Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage passive candidates using tools like reputed company, reputed company job boards, social media, creative sourcing tactics and your own network.
- Maintain an organized talent pipeline for high-demand roles.
- Provide market intelligence and candidate insights.
- Offer strategic recommendations based on hiring trends and candidate feedback.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and reputed company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire.
- Represent our brand and client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or RPO).
- Proven reputed company filling roles across various industries and levels.
- Comfort and professionalism in working directly with candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and collaborative tech.
