Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent - P&C

Description:

• The Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the Internet.
• This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services.

Requirements:

• 1 + years of customer service experience
• Active reputed company license to sell P&C insurance
• reputed company High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills
• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download, combined 50 Mbps)
• Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
