Must Be Able To Work Variable Shifts Covering A 24 Hour, 7 Day Per Week Operations. Non-Covered Safety Sensitive Position; Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Minimum Education Bachelor Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in reputed company traffic control flow management dealing with FAA or Eurocontrol traffic management initiatives. FAA management experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of reputed company and procedure design processes. Ability to interpret aviation weather reports and charts. Operational knowledge and familiarity with FAA, ATCSCC or Eurocontrol CFMU computer systems including Flight Schedule Monitor (FSM), Traffic Mgmt Advisor (TMA) and Traffic Situation Display (TSD). Strong understanding of Nexgen capabilities and Equipage requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
