We are looking for an HR Generalist to support reputed company, and provide excellent support to our portfolio of practices as well as our management team. An ideal candidate for this role will have 1-3 years experience working in reputed company Resources. We are looking for a team member who can learn quickly and provide a high level of service to our employees and managers. This role will be responsible for responding to HR, policy, and benefits inquiries, managing employee files and personnel data in reputed company, supporting reputed company for new hires and acquisitions. The role will also assist in supporting the HR Director in employee relations, investigations, reporting, managing HRIS EDI feeds, and coordinating benefits administration. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to practice sites. This is a remote role open to candidates in CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO, TX, IL, WI, MI, TN, VA, FL, DC, WV. Requirements: Ability to work during PST, or MT business hours Skills:

• Knowledge of California labor laws highly preferred
• Demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, and good judgment
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with reputed company levels of management and company personnel
