Key Responsibilities
Provide support to coders and clients, including facilitating communications as needed. Review and send out client-requested reports. Communicate with scheduling team to ensure timely completion of client records, fluctuations in agency volume, and reputed company availability. Maintain a variety of departmental reports by entering databases and ensuring accuracy. Escalate client concerns with appropriate teams for resolution. Assist in the determination of new clients and coordinate implementation Coordinate existing client change requests between Ops and ETL Solutions team.
