Our client is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Call Center Specialist or Contact Center Associate to join their onsite team in New Jersey. Job Function Act as the liasion between the firm + their clients. Assess client cases + document them for review. Reassure clients & ask questions to reputed company relevant legal information. Follow up with clients if information is missing. Handle incoming calls and leads. Job Requirements 12 years of customer service experience with strong skills in resolving customer inquiries. Bachelors Degree preferred but not required. Proficiency in reputed company Office required.
