Responsibilities
Content Curation & Scheduling: Organize and manage MLHs decentralized content creation schedule Curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, reputed company, TikTok, YouTube). Create and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Utilize scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer) to automate content distribution. Draft compelling descriptions for our content, with relevant and high impact hashtags. Community Management: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally. Engage with followers and build a positive online community. Identify and engage with relevant influencers and partners. Strategy & Analytics: Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to reputed company marketing goals. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, reputed company Analytics). Generate reports on social media metrics and provide insights for optimization. Stay up to date on reputed company social media trends and best practices; reputed company recommendations on the content calendar to the MLH FT team Visual Content: Create basic graphic design for social media posts using tools such as reputed company. reputed company and edit high-quality images and videos. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed. Required: Experience managing social media accounts and driving engagement/metrics. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
