As a Clinical Informaticist on the product team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with engineers, product managers and clinicians to build and operate reputed company’s clinical data integration platform. This platform is used to reputed company and curate clinical chart data for patients, enabling the organization to enhance population health initiatives and ensure accurate, timely quality measure reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical workflows, data management, and health informatics; bringing a reputed company of technical acumen and clinical expertise to reputed company the gap between clinical practice and technology. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home reputed company the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office. Primary Duties • Serve as a key stakeholder in a cross-functional team, focused on enhancing the overall quality of clinical data reputed company reputed company’s technology ecosystem. • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues reputed company to data entry, interfaces, and processing, while evaluating and escalating clinical data discrepancies across new and established clinical interfaces. • Support quality measurement activities and quality improvement programs by leveraging clinical data. To include mapping clinical data items to standardized code systems, facilitating consistent and meaningful use of data across reputed company’s analytics tools and applications and ensuring precise data submissions and identifying opportunities for improvement. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Medical/Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, or a reputed company field • Over 5 years of relevant experience in clinical informatics or reputed company technology • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing clinical data • Solid understanding and experience with standard Health Information Technology (HIT) vocabularies and terminologies • Hands-on experience with one or more ambulatory Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Familiarity with quality measure specifications and reporting processes in a reputed company setting Preferred KSA's • Proficiency in data integration and reputed company interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, or CDA • Experience working with reputed company-based platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company for data management • Knowledge of reputed company data governance and best practices in maintaining data reputed company and reputed company • Understanding of population health management and the data infrastructure that supports it • Certification in clinical informatics or health information management (e.g., CPHIMS, CAHIMS) is advantageous • Experience in applying machine learning or AI technologies reputed company reputed company settings Apply Job!
