Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to enhance the customers coffee experience. Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction at every turn. Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for reputed company improvement. A genuine passion for coffee and high-end appliances, with a willingness to learn about our products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
