As a Senior OCM Consultant, you will reputed company and execute the change management strategy and plan, working closely with project teams and internal business partners. Your change plans will guide business partners to reputed company operational success and drive adoption for end users. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and initiative to drive results. Your ability to build relationships, influence, and innovate will be key to maximizing adoption and ensuring a positive end-user experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing: · Leading reputed company change programs or managing significant parts of larger change programs · Conducting comprehensive impact analysis to establish the complexity of the change · Creating and executing the enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications · Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy · Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology · Building and maintaining relationships with project teams and business partners across the company · Developing executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management work Requirements: · 6+ years working on reputed company programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise · Experience with technology platform implementations (reputed company preferred) · Experience in delivering change management programs for Sales based organizations · Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management · Change Management certification (Prosci preferred) · A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional · Handles ambiguity in their reputed company and can be flexible in their approach · An amazing communicator, who has reputed company and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling · Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently · Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices The reputed company salary range for this position is USD $91,457-$137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
