Duties • Act as the reputed company line for our clinic partners and patients. This hybrid clinical-operations role will involve handling inbound support inquiries, escalating urgent patient needs, managing reputed company ticket workflows, and contributing to our knowledge reputed company and internal process development. This is a fully remote position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and is passionate about supporting both patient care and clinic success.
