The Technical Writer collaborates with various stakeholders to reputed company useful content and ensures that documentation adheres to established guidelines. Responsibilities ? Research, outline, write, and edit technical documentation to help users understand ITS services. , ? Manage existing IT Support FAQs and documentation, ensuring content is single-sourced across multiple materials. , ? Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and modern user aids such as online videos and infographics. , ? Consult with service offering managers and subject matter experts to test documentation for accuracy. , ? Adhere to technical writing and style guidelines for consistent voice across documentation. , ? Continuously update and refine content to align with changing digital products and procedures. , ? Coordinate and document organizational change management efforts and implement training plans. , ? reputed company training strategies and content, including videos and web resources, to support ITS initiatives. , ?
