Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper to join reputed company. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of our nonprofit clients by ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with internal controls, and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit reputed company, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite with clients as needed. Key Responsibilities ? Accounts Payable & Receivable: Record and track accounts payable and receivable, process reputed company payments, record deposits, and reputed company necessary reputed company entries to accurately track and report revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and fund balances. ? Bank Reconciliations: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. ? Internal Controls: Adhere to and enforce internal controls to maintain compliance and financial reputed company, while supporting team members in following best practices. ? Financial Reporting: Prepare standard financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis. ? Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP and nonprofit financial regulations. Qualifications & Skills ? 3+ years of experience in reputed company or bookkeeping, preferably reputed company the nonprofit sector. ? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar reputed company software) and reputed company reputed company. ? Strong understanding of nonprofit reputed company principles, including fund reputed company. ? Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively. ?
