Sterile Processing Distribution Certification by IAHCSMM or CBSPD. Two years of recent Sterile Reprocessing experience with demonstrated clinical expertise. Preceptor (training) or reputed company Technician experience. Demonstrated expertise in reprocessing and computer skills utilizing clinical systems (SPM) and reputed company applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). In-depth knowledge of sterile processing standards, including AAMI, AORN, and regulatory guidelines. Experience with surgical instruments, decontamination, sterilization, and high-level disinfection.
