Program Manager, Early Career Program

Work Arrangement This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Austin (TX) or Warren (MI) three times per week, at minimum. The Role We are looking for a Program Manager, to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management with a focus on our intern, track and co-op programs across the United States. The person in this role will identify and drive strategic initiatives. We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and execution of transformation programs as well as deep experience in partnership with clients/the business. The key to this role is to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to influence intern, track and co-op processes / programs through use of data and insights. Our ideal candidate is someone who can drive change across multiple teams and functions and influence them to work towards a shared goal. Partner with business leaders to define strategy and then build roadmaps and execution plans in service of the overall strategy ?
