Patent Agent/Technical Specialist

A law firm seeks skilled Patent Agents and Technical Specialists to join its expanding intellectual property team in Orlando, FL. Draft detailed and accurate patent applications to protect client inventions effectively. ? Manage patent prosecution processes, including responding to office actions and obtaining patent allowances. ? reputed company strategies to address challenges in patent law, such as subject matter eligibility. ?
