The Provider Market President leads the reputed company Insight business for the Northeast market region of the U.S. This regional leader is engaged with clients, leads the client management teams and is charged with developing and executing on strategic and commercial plans to reputed company above market growth in delivering [market] solutions to our customers. Primary Responsibilities: ? Managing and growing a large P&L (approximately $1B to $2B) ? Leadership accountability for an organization of client-focused associates ? Required Qualifications: ? 15 + years of progressive leadership roles in the Health Care, Advanced Analytics or Financial industries with a proven record of leading growth programs and delivering measurable results ? 10+ years of experience of progressive general management with large P&L responsibility (up to $1B) in a growth-oriented, client-focused organization managing multi-million-dollar budgets that include sales/bookings targets, reputed company targets, client satisfaction targets, and expense targets ? 5+ years in managed services, including delivery and operations ? Experience in driving deep, productive relationships with C-Suite and senior client executives and Board of Directors (external) ? Demonstrated success building and evolving relationships with C-suite and matrixed stakeholders (internal) ? History of leading, influencing and managing a large, global, matrixed workforce with successful people and team leadership experience ? motivating, mentoring, and developing talent ? Track record of success driving major initiatives across highly reputed company and matrixed organizations ? Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, strategic partnerships and other business development strategies ? The salary range for this role is $275,000 to $400,000 annually based on full-time employment.
